小胃による代用膀胱の実験的研究 第4篇:各種試験液の注入が小胃の分泌に及ぼす影響に就て

Abstract

The secreting function of the segment of stmach after the injection of several sorts of test fluids was investigated in contrast with the gastric juice secretion of the gastric pouch at the resting, and the secreting phase, and besides the secreting function of the former was observed when these test fluids were injected into the main stomach. When urine was injected into the segment of stomach, the gastric ju i ce was secreted from it in about same degree as at the resting phase, and the difference in the concentration of injected saline had littele influence upon the secreting function. The secreting function of the segment of stmach was gener a lly more active in the case of injection into the main stomach than in that of injection into the segment of stomach itself. It is accordingly concluded that the Heidenhain's pouch, which shall be used as the substitute bladder, is still the secreting function of tho gastric juice, and that the bacterial growth in the reserved urine may be controled by the acid grastric juice, which seems to prevent the ascending infection.
