泌尿器科領域に於けるネオオクチヌムの効果

Abstract

The followingresults were obtained upon administ ration of sympathetic spasmoliticum "Neo -Octinum" In 10 cases of ureteral caluculi Neo-Octinum alone or with cystoscopical management were used. Five patints passed their stone without instrumental aid and in one case the stone was removed with looped catheter management. Neo-Octinum was used for the relief o f 2 cases of renal colicky pain from the stone and 5 cases of renal pain from the introduction of contrast media for retrograde pyelo, graphy. The benefical effect of the drug in lessening or abolishing pain was proved. X-ray investigation of the urinary tract in the ureteral spasmus after i njection of Neo-Octinum were carrird out. spastic condition of the urinary tract could be relieved by an injection of Neo-Octimum. The patients of trigonum anomaly, enuresis and irritable bladder received a marked symptomatic relief from the application of Neo-Octinum.
