肺及び大腿骨遠位端部に転移せる前立腺癌の1例

Abstract

We have seen frequently the case of the prostat e cancer with the metastases to the lungs, the pelvis, the back bone or the trunk of long bone. But in Japan there is no literature which reported the case of the prostate cancer with metastases to the distal end of the femur. We had experience to deal with a case of the prostate cancer with metastases to the lungs and the distal end of the right femur. The patients, aged sixtyone, had cough, bloody phlegm, severe urinal disturbance and could not walk. By "Honvan" therapy these symptomes and the findings of the X-ray of the chest and the right femur were remarkably improved.
