アニリン色素によるとおもわれる膀胱腫瘍の1例

Abstract

In Japan, we have very few case reports of anilin e tumor of the bladder, while many cases were reported in Europe and U.S.A. The reason why we have few might be that routine cystoscopic examination of dye workers was rare in Japan. A dye worker, aged 39, was first seen March 1, 1957 for complaints of pollakisuria, miction pain and hematuria. Cystoscopic examination revealed a bladder tumor, which was removed through partial cystectomy at first. But 5 months later, unfortunately, multiple recidivance was noticed cystoscopically and the total cystectomy was performed. Histological diagnosis was made to be a highly malignant carcinom a of trasitional cell type combined with undifferentiated cell groups which present remarkable intramuscular infiltration and intravenous invasion. Statistical and etiological problems were discussed.
