泌尿器科手術に於けるC-ノブロン注の使用経験

Abstract

C-Noblon, I nj. is a new analgesic with special char a cteristic of minimal changeso f blood pressure and pulse rate, which contains the following substances. Each ampule of 2cc contains, Grelan (Pyrabital) 200m g. Sulpyrine 100 m g . Chlorpromazine hydrochloride 15 m g . Promethazine hydrochloride 10 m g . 8-Chlortheophylline 25 m g . Analgesic effect of C-Noblon, Inj. was investigated in 22 G-U o perations under spinal anesthesia. Sedative effect of C-Noblon, Inj. of 2cc during spinal anesthesia was not satisfactory and most patients complained of postoperative pain disturbing their sleep. An additional injection of 2cc in the postoperative period, however, made postoperative pain alleviated and also made the patients well sedated. The injection of 4cc made most of all patients well sedated without postoperative pain and its sedative effect lasted much longer. Though blood pressure change was minimal with C-Nob l on, I nj., a slight fall in blood pressure observed with the injection of 4cc. Marked fall in blood pressure, yet not fatal, occurred in patients with arterial hypertension. No significants ide effect with C - Noblon, I nj. was encountered.
