| 抄録: | During last 2 years, we have experienced 11 cases of cystic degeneration of epididymis, including 4 suspected cases. Cystic degeneration of e pididymis shows remarkable wide variety on its clinical appearance, that is : 1) morphologica l ly, multiple follicles—a large cyst formation, 2) histologically, sometimes accompanies with sperm invasion, 3) symptomatically, no complains—persistent dull pain s along the spermatic cord. |
