泌尿器科領域に於けるCosa-Tetracynの応用

Abstract

The present authors conducted some fundam e ntal experiments on Cosa-Tetracyn, examined its clinical efficacy and reached the following conclusion: 1) After oral administration, blood level reached the peak at two to three hours and effective blood level was maintained up to six to eight hours. 2) The application of 21 cases of various urogenita l infection, the course of 18 was able to be followed. Efficacy was notable except 1, that was doubt of perinephritis. 3) The continuous use causes no considerable side effects.
