男子性機能障碍症における前立腺の組織学的研究 第III篇:前立腺組織像と睾丸組織像,精嚢X線像及び尿中性腺刺戟ホルモンとの関係

Abstract

In this paper the correlation among testicular his t o logy, spermatocystogram, urinary gonadotropin which are thought to be closely related with prostatic histology was studied. In the cases of male infertility with seminiferous tubulous failure and obstruct i o n of seminal tract, prostatic histology makes little difference from normal adult. But in the case which has androgenic disorder just as eunuchoidism, prostatic histology also remains as the undeveloped state as well as the seminiferous tubuli and other sexual characters are hindered. Therefore, both prostate and seminal vesicle are greatly influenced by sexual hormone, prostatic histology and spermatocystogram resembled each other morphologically. Urinary gonadotropin was measured by Crooke and Butt's method, and in the normal male adult, FSH is 17-25γ as glucose per hcur (average 20), and LH is 10-14γ as glucose per hour (average 12). Relation between urinary gonadotropin and prostatic histology is also discussed.
