腎実質内結石兼結石砂を内容とした孤立性腎嚢腫の1例

Abstract

1) A case of solitary renal cyst is presented w hich contained calculi in the renal parenchyma and gravels in its cystic cavity, casting a shadow suspected of a calculus in the renal pelvis. 2) It w as very interesting to note that the postural change of the patient produced different forms of the density on X-ray films. It is therefore thought that X-ray films taken during the operation and at erect position are valuable. 3) Pathogenesis of the cyst in the present case c an be explained by the theory presented by Hepler. 4) The gravels in the cyst resulted from concentration of the fluid due to active excretion and absorption of the fluid.
