| 抄録: | Bloodl evel and clinical effects of a new sulfonamide, Sulxin (Sulfadimeth o xine) have been reported. 1 . Maximum blood level of 15.0m g/dl has been reached in 6 hours after an oral administration of 1 gm of sulxin. The level was still 5.5m g/di 24 hours after the administration. Maintenance of the effective blood level of the drug has been proved. 2. When Sulxin was administered to 9 patients with cyctitis, it was s ignificantly effective in 4 and effective in 1 of the total 5 cases of acute cyctitis, and significantly effective in 2 and effective in 2 of the total 4 cases of chronic cyctitis. Doses of administration were 1 gm in the first day, 0.5 gm in the following days once daily. No side effects were encountered. |
