後天性男子前部尿道憩室結石の1例

Abstract

One case of acquired diverticula of male anterior urethr a with two stones was reported. The patient 26 years had complained of swelling, oppressive pain and of the feeling of foreign body around the scrotal region. Since 1951, he began to feel hard induration at scrotal region and continuously became gradually enlarged to 2 times large of the thumb. The diagnosis was determined by urethrocystography and then urethrotomia externa, exstirpation of diverticularwall had been done and two stones were exstirpated, one of them 1.25x 1.9x 1.4 c m 4.0 g m, the other 1.25x 1.9x 1.8 c m 6.0 g m. Main component was Ap atite, and CaC2O4.H2O and some of MgNH4PO4•6H2O were determined by the stone analysis. Histologically, the diverticularwall was consisted of basal, mucous and horny layer and inflammatory cells were invaded into submucous layer and showed slightly infiltration.
