夜尿症に対する新中枢神経刺戟剤レクレインの治験

Abstract

Recrein which containes 10 mg of Dimethyl-amino-e t h anol in one tablet was administered to patients of the enuresis. Recrein was used to 1 4 cases of the functional and 4 cases of the organic enuresis and in 11 cases of the functional enuresis treatment was effective. The enuretic patients usually have a tendency to fa l l in deep sleep and Recrein may be useful to awaken these patients before bladder reflex may occur.
