| 抄録: | Hostacycline-PRM, one of the new antibiotics for intravenous injection, was used for clinical studies. Resu l t : 1. The s erum concentration of this drug followed by intravenous injection to healthy adults on a dosage of 250 mg revealed high value over 5.5 mcg/cc until one hour after injection and 1.3-1.8 meg/cc at the end of six hours yet. 2. Threes case with acute pyelitis were curable a n d one was almost curable. All of two cases with acute cystitis were curable. One case with pyelonephritis and one with chronic cystitis were negative. We had good result for prevention of infection after total cystectomy with bilateral ureterostomy on two of three cases with vesical carcinoma. Two of all 11 cases had uncomfortable feeling in mouth as a temporaly sid e -reaction by injection. |
