後腹膜奇形腫の2例

Abstract

Two cases of retroperitoneal teratomas were rec e ntly experienced in our clinic. The first case was a 25-year-old female with the complaint of a palpable mass in her left hypochondrium, who was successfully treated with total extirpation. The histologic diagnosis was a complex dermoid cyst. The second case was a presacral terato m a, and the patient was a 14-month-old male complaining of complete urinary retention and constipation. The tumor was not able to be extirpated, and the patient was treated with marsupialization. The histologic diagnosis was a teratoid mixed tumor. The literature of retroperitonea l teratoma was reviewed.
