| 抄録: | A case of occult hypernephroma is presented. T he patient was a 70-year-old-male who complained of painful tumor in his right arm, but had never complained of hematuria, flank pain or flank mass. A biopsy of the tumor in his right arm disclosed metastasis of hypernephroma. Clinica l diagnosis of hypernephroma of the kidney, that was suggested by slight changes of the pyelogram and the renal arteriogram, was confirmed by operation. |
