| 抄録: | Primary sarcoma of the bladder in children is unco m mon, especially leiomyosarcoma is exceedingly rare, and the prognosis is very poor. The auther has reported a case of leiom y osarcoma of the bladder wall in a girl aged 3 years and 1 month with the chief complaint of hematuria. Partial resection has been done and postoperatively well and still alive until to-day more than eight and half years. |
