腎性血尿の診断と治療

Abstract

From clinical and experimental studies which have been done since five years, the author would classify the etiologic factors of the renal hematuria of unknown cause into seven categories. 1. D isturbance of the autonomous nervous system. 2. Enhanced permeability of the glomerular t ufts due to renal anoxia. 3. Inflammation (Pyelitis or papillitis). 4. Allergy. 5. F ocal infection. 6. Direct c ommunication between calyx and blood vessel. 7. Minute bleeding foci. Appropriate diagnost i c procedures and methods of choice for treatment to each category were explained.
