立位に於ける腎盂の変形に就て

Abstract

Pyelography of the removed kidney taking ev e r y 30 degrees rotation on vertical, horizotal and oblique axis were taken with 20% sodium iodidide, as an opaque solution, filling it into renal pelvis and different transformed pyelograms were obtained. These transfomed pyelograms were similar to the pyelograms acq u ired by erect posture clinically. So it is thought that the various transformation of the clinically obtained pyelograms by erect postue may be caused by rotation of kidney. Severity of clinical symptoms such as lumbago, fl a n k pain, colic attack and others corresponded with the degree of renal rotation.
