| 抄録: | This is a case of 25 years old young man, w ho developed a torsion of spermatic cord at midnight. Exploration of the left hemiscrotum revealed the absence of the Hanter' s gubernaculum, and the condition had already developed necrosis necessitated orchiectomy. Causes, symptoms, pathology, diagnosis and therapy of the torsion of the spermatic cord are discussed. |
