The results are as follows. 1) In long-term administrati o n of "Moriamin S", significant increase in body weight was observed by moderate dosis, but not by massive one. 2) No pathologic changes were produced by moder a te dosis of "Moriamin S", even in long-term administration. 3) Long - term administration of massive "Moriamin S" produced some pathologic changes in liver and kidney, and the authors concluded that one should exercise caution in long-term administration of massive "Moriamin S" |
