睾丸の物理的障碍による研究 II:睾丸外傷の臨床並に病理的観察

Abstract

Clinical and pathological observations have been made on 1 0 cases of testicular trauma and a case of testicular torsion as a control. In a group of the patients with testicular trauma rapture of the parenchyma and tunica albuginea was found in only one case and the others were mostly contusion with subcutaneous and sclerotic bleedings. Various clinical investig a tions have been undertaken on these cases and a particular attention was paid on histopathology in which spermatopoietic dysfunction was observed even without trauma to the parenchyma and tunica albuginea, which was probably due to mechanical external stress, local contusion.
