泌尿器科領域におけるデポステロンの使用経験について

Abstract

Deposterone has been administered in 9 cases of m ale infertility, 5 cases of testicular failure, 5 cases of sexual impotence, 3 cases of intersex, 1 case of hypospadia and 2 cases of gynecomastia. The increase in the spermatozoa, the rebounding phenomen was noted with Deposterone in 4 of 9 cases of infertility and a marked improvement of secondary sex character was obtained in all cases of testicular failure, especially eunuchoidism. Four of 5 cases of sexual impotence had good effect and the patient became to have the strengthening of sexual desire and pleasant feeling, marked improvement was evident in the 2 cases of gynecomastia, but the Deposterone was not effective in a male pseudohermaphrodism and hypospadia without hormonal imbalance.
