特発性後腹膜腔線維化症の2例

Abstract

Two cases of retroperitoneal fibrosis of unknown o rigin were recently experienced in our clinic. T he first case was a 51-year-oldm an, with chief complaint of tumor in lower abdomen, who was treated by cortison. The lesion was fibrous plaque which enveloped both ureters and bladder neck. The seco n d case was a 31-year-oldw oman, with symptoms of hematuria and left flank pain. The obstruction of the left ureter due to retroperitoneal fibrosis was confirmed by operation. The operation was ureterolysis and insertion of T-tube into the left ureter. Idiopathic retroperitoneal fibrosis was reviewed on the literature.
