dc.description.abstract1. Taocin tablets were successfully administered on fifte e n patients with urinary tract infection which had been resistant to any other antibiotics or chemotherapeutics. 2. Side effects were rarely seen except for three cases th a t showed slight gastrointestinal trouble. 3. Sensitivity determination was carried out in all of above cases and demonstrated the zone of inhibition on the cultured plate regardless Gram positive or negative organism. 4. Taocin is a new antibiotich which is undoubtedly effective for urinary tract i n fection.en
