| 抄録: | This is to report a case of priapism associated with an a n omalous penis on which penilespongiography was diagnostically made. As a treatment, resection of penile sponge wassuccessfully performed. As far as the definition of priapism is concerned, we should liketo emphasize that associated pain is more important factor than duration of erection itself. |
