| 抄録: | A 52-year-old male farmer was admitted to the hospita l because of the left flank pain of approximately 5 years duration with recent progression in severity of pain. Urological examinations revealed horseshoe kidney complicated by cal c ulus upon which pyelolithotomy and pyeloureteric plastic operation were successfully performed. Postoperatively, renal function has much improved with normal u r inalysis. Patient has become free of any trouble as pain, fever and so on. |
