先天性尿道狭窄に伴える多発性尿道瘻

Abstract

A 73-year-old male began to have dysuria and burning o n urination in his childhood because of congenital urethral stricture. Thereafter, he showed a very interesting progress that he had had such troubles for seventy years as extravasation of urine, urethral fistulas and urinary incontinence which ensued. Stricture of the anterior urethra w a s dilated, fistulas were closed, devitalized tissue of extravasated area was removed, and secondary diverticulum of the bladder was resected. The progress, as a result of operation, was satisfactory.
