前立腺分泌液に関する研究(各種ホルモン影響下に於ける前立腺分泌液の燐代謝についての実験的研究)

Abstract

The phosphorus metabolism of the prostatic fluid was s tudied with the aid of 32Pa s a radioactive tracer, especially regarding to the hormonal influence on it as well as the the amount of secretion. 1) 32P upta k e of total P and acid soluble P reached their maximum level in six hours. On the other hand, the specific radioactivity and turn-over rate of lipid P and nucleic acid P showed their maximum level in 24 hours after a gradual rise. 2) Androgen promoted 3213u ptake of each fraction and produced t h e high level of specific radioactivity of lipid P. 3) Estrogen decreased th e secretory amount of the prostatic fluid but did not noticeabley suppressed 32P uptake. 4) ACTH and gonado t r opic hormone increased the secretory amount. 5) Adrenocortical hormone gave no influence on the amoun t of fluid but slightly activated 32P uptake. 6) Excret i o n of intravenously administered 32Ps howed a ratio of 1 : 4 in feces and urine, therefore, most part of it was eliminated from urine. Methylandrostenediol or androgen administration caused some tendency of 32P accumulation.
