テルペン製剤Rowatinexによる尿路結石症の治療

Abstract

Rowatinex were used in the twenty-four cases o f urolithiasis and obtained results as follows: 1. In eighteen cases (75%), Rowatinex showed effective for urolithiasis. Spontaneous excretion of calculi were seen in fourteen cases (58.3) of them and descending of calculi were observed by plain film in four cases (16.9%) of them. Six cases (25%) did not respond to Rowatinex therapy. 2. Improvement o f the subjective symptoms following Rowatinex therapy were seen in twenty-one cases (87.5%). 3. Expelled calcu l i were all smaller than 0.8 cm in their diameter. 4. Rowatinex is recommended not only for the dissolut i o n and acceleration of dischargruy calculi but for prevention of their recurrence.
