結石合併海綿腎の1例とそのRenacidin使用経験

Abstract

The patient was a man of 34 years of age. His chief c omplaints were dull pain and feeling of pressure in the loins of about 4 year duration. He had a history of several attacks of the right renal colic and passages of small calculi. Physical examination was negative. Hemogram was normal. The urine was loaded with red blood cells, but otherwise normal. Blood chemistry studies and renal function tests were within normal limits. A plain roentgenogram disclosed numerous small calculi in both kidneys. Excretory and retrograde pyelograms revealed that the calculi were contained in small cystic cavities surrounding almost all calyces. The renal pelves were irrigated with 10 per cent renacidin solution. Following irrigations muddy debris mingled with many calculi passed spontaneously, and the complaints of the patient completely disappeared.
