女子外陰癌の症例

Abstract

吾々は60才, 66才, 56才, と3例の女子外陰癌の手術経験を得た.摘出標本よりの病理組織学的所見は共に扁平上皮癌であつた.又癌発生の原因としては, 療痒症より白斑症を経て癌腫化せるものではないかと思われる.治療としては広汎性外陰切除に鼠険リンパ節清掃を併せ行い, 病変が更に広汎であれば骨盤内リンパ節清掃も行うのが最もよい方法であると考える.

Recently we had three cases of carcinoma of the vulva. All of these c a ses showed histologically squamous cell carcinoma. It was thought pruritus led to carcinoma through leukoplakia. We believe that the most hopeful surgical treatment for the carcinoma is panvulvectomy with inguinal lymphadenectomy plus pelvic lymphadenectomy when there are wide-spread infiltrations. The urethra also should be left as complete as posstble.
