膣式尿管切石術の1治験例

Abstract

A 32-year-old house-wife was admitted to the hospita l because of anuria and right lumbar pain in the eighth of her first pregnancy. She had already the left ki d ney removed for tuberculosis. A small calculus was then revealed roentgeno l o gically at the lower portion of the ureter. It seemed most difficult to handle by the usual abdominal operation because of pregn a ncy, and vaginal ureterolithotomy was chosen. She is doing well postoperative l y and the results of treatment are satisfactory. Literature of transvaginal ureterolithotomy with special reference to its indication was reviewed.
