| 抄録: | A case of solitary cyst and pelvic papilloma occu r r ing in the same kidney was recently experienced in our clinic. The patient was 58 year-old male complaining of gross hematuria. A diagnosis was made preoperatively by retrograde pyelography, pneumoretrop e ritoneum and aortography. I n this case, the origin of cyst and tumor was unrelated. There are only 3 cases of solitary cyst and pelvi c papilloma occurring in the same kidney in Japanese literature. |
