結石溶解剤Renacidinの臨床成績

Abstract

We used renacidin irrigations on ten patients with calcu l i in the upper urinary tract and obtained following results : 1) Two ureteral and two renal calculi were reduced in size or disappeared radiologically. 2) A staghorn calculus was remarkably softened and became easily removable by pyelolithotomy. 3) In a case of sponge kidney associated with multiple renal calculi, many calculi passed and the complaints of the patient disappeared. 4) In two cases the calculi rem ained almost unchanged ; in one the irrigation was probably discontinued too soon and in the other the calculi were predominantly composed of oxalate salts. 5) I n two cases the irrigation had to be discontinued on account of irritable effect.
