結石腎におけるいわゆるFatty Replacementについて

Abstract

4 cases of nephrolithiasis with renal infection were reported. They showed various degree of renal fatty replacement. Results of histopa t h ological examination about the process of fatty replacement of the kidney were as follows : 1) Into the region o f calyx and papilla, hilus fat invades along the blood vessels especially along interlobar arteries. 2) In cortex, accor d ing to the degree of degeneration of the renal parenchyma by calculosis and infection, the fatty replacement mainly takes place as "Hyperplasio ex Vacuo"
