夜尿症に対するContol使用経験 特にContol・Alinamin併用療法に就いて

Abstract

Pathogenesis of nocturnal enuresis without organic les i o n is still obscured and there are many discussions about it, none of which can entirely explain all of the cases. Treatments reported so far are also quite variable, and it is sometimes difficult to make a choice of them. CONTOL was applied to children with bed wetting combined with administratio n of ALINAMIN, and the following result was obtained. 1) The treatment was effective in 87 . 5 %. 2) Dosage of CONTOL should be 30 mg, and that of ALINAMIN 50 to 100m g. 3) Medication should be continued at least for 4 weeks. 4) No side effect was experienced.
