| 抄録: | This is a report of an interesting case of huge renal tum o r recently experienced. The patient, 53-year-old male, came to us with hematuria and dysuria. Left nephrectomy was successfully performed, and the kidney weighed over 2, 000 grams, pathohistology of which revealed spindle cell sarcoma. Postoperatively the patient was in good condition under Coo irradiation and chemotherapy. Literatures were reviewed regarding sarcoma of the kidney, only about sixty cases of which were have been reported in Japan. |
