| 抄録: | This is to report the results of vaso-seminal vesiculography performed on 29 cases of prostatic disorders. The method is similar to that of Vestby described in 1960. Of which 19 were diagnosed as hypertrophy and 7 were thought to be adenocarcinoma of the prostate by this method. The diagnoses were compatible with the final pathological diagnoses in all cases. It is worth emphasizing that 4 cases of carcinoma disclosed by this technique were not suspected previously by other diagnostic procedures. Two cases of inflammatory disorders of the prostate, including a case of granulomatous prostatitis, were examined. The radiography showed no significant findings on these cases.
