男性不妊の研究 第III篇: 睾丸組織像の観察

Abstract

Testicular biopsy was performed in 115 cases out of 172 w ith male infertility visited the urological clinic of Osaka Medical College. Examination of their semen showed 81 azoospermia , 30 oligozoospermia, 3 aspermia and 1 necrozoospermia. Biopsy specimens were histologically studied and classified to five groups on the changes of seminiferous tubules with following incidence in each. I. Germ cell aplasia 19.1% II. Spermatogenic arrest 13 . 9 % III. Hypospermatogenesis 3 4 . 8% IV. Peritubular or tubular fibrosis 19 . 1 % V. Normal 1 3.1% Testicular biopsy findings were also classified according to the cha n ges both of the seminiferous tubules and interstitial tissue as follows. A. Lesion in seminiferous tubules o n l y 17.4% B. Lesion in interstitial tissue only 1 . 7 % C. Lesion in both 7 1 . 3% D. Normal in both 9 .6% Cases with azoospermia and oligozoospermia were accordingly classified with following results. Interesting cases were demonstrated with review of literatures. They are two cases with similar histology to that of so-called fertile eunuchs in which lesion is limited only in the stroma, and another with intratubular body, calculus formed in the seminiferous tubule.
