| 抄録: | The first case in Japan of megaloureter with com p lete duplication of the right side was reported. The patient was a thirteen month old girl who had symptoms of urinary retention and pyuria. She was operated on nephroureterectomy with a successful sequences. A review and comments were made on 22 cases of megaloureter collected from the Japanese literatures. |
