実験的膀胱腫瘍の研究 9,10-dimethy1-1,2-benzanthracenの膀胱粘膜に及ぼす影響について

Abstract

A carcinogenic substance, 9, 10-dimethyl-1, 2 -benza n thracene, was put into the urinary bladder of male rabbits and the changes occurred in the mucous membrane were studied. Slight proliferation of epithelium was found in 18 days from the iniciation, nodu l a r or cystic proliferation in 25 days and at last papillary proliferation in 93 days. Cystitis cystica was also found in 25 days. In many animals of our experiments, the carcinogenic substance became calcium salts which resulted a loss of carcinogenic effects in the bladder. The influence to the urinary bladder wall of c arcinogenic substance as well as foreign body were discussed.
