| 抄録: | 1. One case of retrocaval ureter with a pelvic coral stone is presented in detail in which the diagnosis was established prior to operation by adequately taken retrograde pyeloureterograms. This case was the very first one experienced at our clinic and treated by nephrectomy. 2. Statistical survey of the 29 cases of retrocaval ureter so far reported in Japan are briefly made and some important preoperative diagnostic points in rentgenological findings described in the literatures are reviewed. |
