非活性副腎腫瘍の2例

Abstract

Two cases of the nonfunctioning adrenal tumor wer e experieuced in our clinic. Case 1 ; A 59-year-old man has suffered from a swelling of the ri g ht flank and epigastralgia since about 10 years ago. After examination, a diagnosis of retroperitoneal tumor was made and the surgical extirpation was performed. The histological findings were consistent with adenoma of the adrenal cortex. C ase 2 ; A 36-year-old man has suffered from a tumor and colic pain in the right flank Three months prior to the admission, he was performed a probe incision under a diagnosis of intraperitoneal tumor and was found that the tumor locates in the retroperitoneal cavity. The surgical extirpation of the tumor was performed in our clinic. The histological findings were consistent with carcinoma of the adrenal cortex. The both patients showed no evidence of ad r enal hyperfuncticn in their clinical courses.
