| 抄録: | A 38-year-old man was admitted to the hospi t a l with chief complaints of severe left flank pain and gross hematuria. Renal vein thromb o sis with a thrombus through the left iliac vein and the inferior vena cava was diagnosed by retrograde pyelography and venography. Anticoagulant therapy was performed. The patient recovered well a n d the results of the treatment were satisfactory. Literatures were reviewed on anticoagulant therapy with special r eference to its indication. |
