| 抄録: | A 22 years old female entered our hospital with a chief c o mplaint of claudy urine. At the age of 16, she was operated right nephrectomy under a diagnosis of right pyonephrosis. The dilated lower ureter remained unremoved. Around 3 years after the operation, she begun to pass claudy urine which was not subsided with various antibiotics therapy. On retrograde ureterography of the remaining right ureter, caecum and ascending colon together with the ureter were demonstrated to be visualized. (Communication -between right residual ureter and caecum through appendix). Appendectomy together with the remaining right ureter was performed. |
