| 抄録: | A case of spindle cell sarcoma of the prostate accomp a nied by cancroid of fistula on the, abdominal wall was reported and a review of the literatures on it was made. In Japan 17 cases of spinedle cell sarcoma of the prostate were reporte d till 1960. The patient, 63 years old man, visited our clinic in December 1951 with c omplaint of dysuria. X-ray irradiation made toward the prostatic sarcoma was thought to be the cause of cancroid of fistula, while the extant sarcoma showed a silent course. Therefore the cancroid of fistula was assumed to be the ca u se of death. This was a very rare case which alived for 5 years and 10 month s following surgery. |
