| 抄録: | Recently a case of idiopathic fibrous retroperitonitis was e xperienced. The patient was a 27 year-old male, complaining proteinuria with gout. The left ureteral obstruction due to fibrous retroperitonitis was confirmed by operation. Ureterolysis of left ureter was perfor m ed. Discussions were made on several points of this disease with references to the literatures previously reported. |
