| 抄録: | A patient of 37 years old male visited our clinic with a chief complaint of sterility of 9 years and 4 months' duration. At first, Klinefelter's syndrome was suspected by physical examinations and histological findings of the testis, but further examinations disclosed dystrophia myotonica. A comp a rison between the two is made with special reference to male sterility and pathological histology of the testes. |
