| 抄録: | A case of neuroblastoma of the kidney is reported. A patient, one year and eleven month o l d boy was admitted to the hospital with a chief complaint of gross hematuria. Urological examinations revealed a tumor of the right kidney. High blood pressure led us to measure urinary catecholamines and total metanephrine and an increase in urinary dopamine excretion was demonstrated . Diagnosis of neuroblastoma of the right kidney was made and it was c o nfirmed histologically after operation. This is t h e first preoperatively diagnosed case of neuroblastoma of the kidney in the world. |
