| 抄録: | A cases of a 62-year-old woman with primary ade n ocarinoma of the urethra was presented in detail. The staistical observation of primary adenocarcinoma of the female urethra in Japan was made, and this case report is the 24th of the reports. Adenocarcinoma comprises 10 Der cent of the total urethral malignancy, occurs in postmenopausal women, and arises from the periurethral glands. Therapy must be adjusted to the individual case, utilizing the appropriate surgical attack as well as the newer forms of radiotherapy. Hormonal therapy seems to be effective on primary adenocarcinoma of the female urethra. |
